Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Lootlore Labs ("we") collects when you use the Lootlore website, web app and desktop apps for Windows and macOS (together, "Lootlore"). Lootlore is intended for users in the United States.
What we collect
- Wishlist and settings. Stored on your device (browser local storage or the app's local folder). We don't receive them unless you turn on shop alerts in a paid plan, in which case we store the list of pinned outfits needed to send the alert.
- Email. If you write to us or request download links, we keep your email address and message to reply and send the links.
- Payments. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider. We receive the plan, status and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
- Basic logs. Our servers keep IP address, browser type and pages requested for up to 30 days for security and to fix errors.
What we don't collect
Lootlore never asks for your Epic Games account, password or login code and does not connect to your Epic account. We don't sell or rent personal information and don't use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies
The site uses local storage for your wishlist and preferences. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Children
Lootlore is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. Email hello@lootlore.app.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify paid users by email.
